Village of Bigfork

The Bigfork Summer Playhouse Scholarship fund was established as a result of the rising cost of educating young actors, technicians, musicians, directors, and designers. Scholarships are given annually to deserving company members to help complete their education.  Each year, the Playhouse Scholarship awards up to five (5) $1,000 scholarships to deserving actors, musicians, and directors.  Actors can not apply for these scholarships they are based on performance and merit during the current summer season. 
 
 JASON CRAFTON -  attends the North Texas University, played trumpet in the 2006 and 2007 seasons at the Playhouse
 WINSLOW RUMPH - attends the University of Mississippi, played the roles of Sweet Sue in SUGAR and Madam La Grande Bouche in BEAUTY & THE BEAST
JACLYN STAPP - attends Oklahoma City Universtiy, played roles of Babette in Beauty & The Beast and Ginger in 1940's RADIO HOUR

DAVID ERRIGO - attends the University of Montana, played Lumiere in BEAUTY & THE BEAST and B.J. in 1940's RADIO HOUR

 The Jean Thomson & Inge Boulanger Memorial Scholarship awards up to two (2) $1,000 scholarships to deserving technicians and designers.T

Michael Fink attends the University of Montana and was a sticher for the 2007 season and designed the BPCT set for OLIVER

               

ORSON DWAYNE AGUE - attends the University of Montana, was Stage Manager for the 2007 season.

 

 The Kacie Brekhus Memorial Scholarship / Shining Star Award for $1,500.00

   

Brooke Morrison attends Elon University, played roles of Sugar in SUGAR and the principal dancer in JOSEPH and BEAUTY & THE BEAST
