Village of Bigfork

The Friends of the Playhouse consists of the patrons that make a financial contribution and/or donate their time to special Bigfork Summer Playhouse projects.

Since approximately 85% of each purchased ticket covers just the bigger expenses (company member salaries, show royalties, rental of the theater facility, sets, costumes, props, advertising, insurance, and taxes), additional support and assistance is needed for supplemental projects

HATS OFF

 THE “200 CLUB

The “200 CLUB” was established a couple of years ago in an attempt to help us meet the debt on the new dormitory renovations and expansion.  We determined that if we could find 200 patrons who would be willing to donate a thousand dollars each, the new dorm could be paid off and we could move on to upgrade the quality of the shows and performances.  The new dormitory is a HUGE tool for us as we recruit the current company each year.  The advantage of offering each actor an individual room has helped us choose and hire first choice people who are paid salaries in the top 10% across the country.    Last summer we had several patrons who were able to help us with this project and we hope that they will be able to do so again and talk others into helping as well.  It is a very important in the progress of the Playhouse and will continue to help us bring quality entertainment to you and the Northwestern United States.
